Ian heads up Garden by Design and has significant experience of delivering landscaping projects. In his work with the charities Raleigh International and the Prince’s Trust, he has delivered numerous community landscaping, construction and environmental projects in the UK and overseas. He is a proven project manager with an eye for detail and a genuine desire to deliver projects on time and to budget.

Ian has developed a wide range of landscaping skills and has a particular interest in the development of environmental and wildlife friendly techniques. He holds the RHS qualification in Garden Landscape Construction where he gained a distinction and received a Senior Tutors prize.

Ian enjoys living in North Devon with his wife Amy and their 3 children. In his spare time, he enjoys surfing, swimming and travel to far flung places.
